2. Description of Service

SSH Careers is a job listing platform focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering positions. We provide a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to browse opportunities.

3. Job Postings

For Employers:

• Job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities
• Postings must be relevant to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• All information provided must be accurate and not misleading
• You may not post discriminatory content or violate employment laws
• We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these terms

For Job Seekers:

• Job listings are provided for informational purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing
• Apply directly with employers at your own discretion

4. Featured Listings & Payment

Featured listings are paid placements that receive prominent positioning on our platform.

• Featured listings are active for 30 days from the date of posting
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once payment has been processed and your listing has been published
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy
• If your listing is removed due to a violation of our terms, no refund will be issued
• We reserve the right to reject any featured listing that violates our terms

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post or transmit:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Content that violates any applicable laws
• Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, age, or other protected characteristics
• Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable content
• Content promoting illegal activities or services
• Listings that are not genuine job opportunities

6. Content Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content at our sole discretion.

• We may remove any job posting at any time without prior notice if we determine it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate
• Content may be removed if we receive complaints or reports about a listing
• We are not obligated to provide a reason for removal, though we may choose to do so
• Removal of a paid listing due to policy violation does not entitle you to a refund
• Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from our platform
• We may cooperate with law enforcement if content appears to involve illegal activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SSH Careers, including design, logos, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Job posting content remains the property of the respective employers.

8. Limitation of Liability

SSH Careers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or interactions with employers or candidates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
